The London insurance market is finally embracing the need for process reform according to the new head of insurance specialist firm Web Connectivity.

James Willison has joined the company as Managing Director from the Market Reform Programme Office (MRPO), and believes London is getting a grip on the demand for new process.

He said: “The market is embracing electronic transfer of data and Web Connectivity has the necessary skills, resources and products to deliver electronic reform. I am looking forward to working with the market and the Web Connectivity team to implement solutions that deliver the reform agenda.”
