InterResolve Holdings Limited, the independent claims resolution specialist, and LAMP Services Limited have launched BeTreatedEarly, the first before the event professional fees policy to cover both rehabilitation and legal costs for personal injury claims. The policy is underwritten by LAMP Insurance Company Limited.

BeTreatedEarly aims to facilitate the swift resolution of claims using InterResolve’s Bodily Injury Claims Scheme. The Scheme deals with claims at an early stage and provides immediate medical assessment, rehabilitation, independent legal advice and ADR to settle claims prior to the pre-action protocol.
