Lloyd’s has opened its new shop which is now being operated in conjunction with the Royal Academy.
The shop includes specially designed ranges reflecting the Lloyd's building and history. RA merchandise, general interest items about London and everyday consumer items such as stamps are also available for purchase. An on-line shop, which will enable people around the world to purchase Lloyd's merchandise, will be launched later this year.
Geoff Dodds, head of brand strategy, Lloyd’s, says, “The new shop is part of a wider project to improve the physical environment within the Lloyd's building and to improve the customer’s experience of Lloyd's. We are pleased to be starting this new venture with the RA and value their retailing expertise. We look forward to a successful partnership.”
