Lloyd's broker Maestro Tasker is offering a new slate-night entertainment cover scheme for Biba members.

The scheme, called ClubPM, provides cover for nightclubs, dance and live entertainment venues as well as late licensed bars. It offers discounts to BIBA brokers and clients that show a sensible attitude to managing risk and provides assistance via its ClubSAFE risk management specialist.

Paul Tasker, managing director of Maestro Tasker, said: “Since the introduction of the 2003 Licensing Act the industry providing late night entertainment has changed and with this change has come new insurance requirements. ClubPM provides cover which takes into account current legislation and is complimented by risk management advice.”

Other benefits of the scheme include electronic documentation issued at inception, low excesses and discounted rates and an optional three-year long-term agreement.
