Gloucestershire.
What was your childhood ambition?
Like lots of young lads I wanted to be a professional footballer.
What is your favourite film?
Partial to chick flick movies and when feeling really macho True Grit and Zulu.
What was your first job?
Working as a foundry worker for a company that made diesel engines.
What do you find hardest about your job?
Being patient.
What is your favourite part of your job?
Closing transactions and winning business.
Do you keep any pets?
Unfortunately not, although I love dogs but I’m not at home enough to look after them properly.
What is the best advice you have been given?
My father always told me to keep trying and never surrender .
What would your ideal job be?
Sports coach.
What's your favourite food?
Italian and Thai (but large potions!).
What really annoys you?
Negativity and people whinging about petty issues.
What advice would you offer someone starting out in the industry?
Keep listening – you can learn something every day.
What was the last book you read?
At Risk by Patricia Cornwell.
If money were no option, where would you like to live?
Beach house in Malibu, ski lodge in Whistler and an English manor house for that one summer month.
Who would you like to be stuck in a lift with?
My wife of course, unless the Sugababes are available to “Push The Button”!
How do you relax?
By keeping fit.
How stressful is your journey to work?
Not that stressful at all to be honest, although I’m lucky enough never to be in the same location any one week.

Yes.
What would you like to be doing in ten years' time?
Still healthy and smiling
