All too often our services are called upon after a problem has occurred under a delegated underwriting authority between an insurer/reinsurer and his agent. At JTW we preach the principle that "Prevention is better than cure" and we always prefer to carry out pre-underwriting and mid-contract reviews on behalf of our clients to ensure that the agreement is working properly and hides no nasty surprises for the risk carrier.

An underwriting , administration , or claims review by a competent independent party before any problems occur often provides a risk carrier with an early warning of exceptional exposure to risk or to error or non compliance by his agent.
