Pro Insurance Solutions has been retained by the US operation of Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Group (MSIG) as part of an overall exit strategy for past assumed treaty reinsurance portfolios that have been in run-off for a number of years.

MSIG required exit solutions in respect of three US reinsurance portfolios, both in terms of practical finality and the ongoing administration and management of liabilities.

PRO will be fully responsible for all aspects of the run-off management. Mitsui is PRO's fir US-based full service run-off management contract.
